How It Works
A learn-and-earn system you can jump in and out of — build quietly, get paid reliably.
Core Principles
- Quiet > Loud: We build assets, not audiences.
- Portable Skills: Free tools first; pro tools when you’re ready.
- Modular Tracks: Make a quick buck or go deep on portfolio builds.
- Proof-based Progress: Tiers unlock with shipped work and contributions.
Guild Flow at a Glance
- Start as an Apprentice Mouse — Access free lessons, templates, and checklists. Build your first micro-asset (e.g., a niche landing page or directory stub).
- Earn or Level Up — Use quick-win tracks (below) to generate first revenue, or level up tooling to accelerate.
- Contribute to Portfolio Projects — Join a live build (content, schema, listings, outreach, tech). Contributions are logged for payouts.
- Graduate to Journeymouse / Craftsmouse — Launch multiple assets; mentor newcomers; take lead roles on builds.
- Become a Knight of the Guild — Lead projects, secure revenue shares, help govern the portfolio.
Two Ways to Play
⚡ Quick-Buck Tracks
- Spin up a niche landing page with free builder + schema starter.
- Local “best of” listicles (AI-native, human-edited).
- Affiliate micro-reviews with comparison blocks.
- Lead form handoff (directory → verified vendor).
Goal: first $100–$1,000 to prove the loop and your process.
🏗️ Builder Tracks
- Join a portfolio site (content, schema, ops, outreach).
- Create structured data packs (Org, Service, Product, FAQ).
- Build AI-native endpoints (llm.json, llm.txt, federation).
- Operate a sub-category or geo cluster with profit share.
Goal: recurring revenue + tier advancement + leadership path.
Contributions → Payouts
All contributions are logged against a project and tied to clear criteria:
- Shipping: Did it go live? (pages, schema, endpoints, listings)
- Quality: Meets checklists (readability, compliance, tech passes)
- Impact: Leads, sales, or measurable authority signals
- Stewardship: Maintenance, updates, and documented playbooks
Eligible revenue includes site sales, leasing fees, affiliate commissions, service retainers, and subscription revenue attributable to the project.
Example Project Modules
- Niche Directory Cell: 10-listing “starter” with AI-friendly schema + llm.json.
- Affiliate Hub: 3 comparison pages + 6 review pages + FAQ schema + exit intent.
- Local Lead Pack: Geo-specific service page + RSForm lead capture + vendor routing.
- Authority Primer: 5-article cluster + author E-E-A-T blocks + Organization schema.
